I have been on these boards for a pretty long time, even though my posts aren't as high as some of you. I realize that the pronunciation of my name is a little difficult for some DISers to pronounce. So, I want to clarify a few things about my username, Brisully.

1. My Name is Brian Sullivan.
2. My Username is taken from part of my first name Brian and a nickname of my last name Sully (Sullivan)
3. It is not pronounced like (brih SUE lee), it is pronounced like (bry SUH lee)
4. When you shorten my name, please do not write Bris. That sounds like a Jewish religious procedure. You can call me Brian. :)

I now will be able to head down to WDW and know that when I meet other DISers, you will be able to know (and pronounce)my name.

Thanks,
Brian

p.s. - My toungue is so far in my cheek it's making a new opening!!! :smooth: :smooth:   :p

Cool... 3 letter names... Well you can call me Nat:D

but I think we should call you Sully......i like that best.

cindy:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

two more days til I leave.....save me some pins .......PLEASE!!!!

Don't you DARE call me Sue!!!! ;)

How about T-nut?

Woops , that's four.

See everyone on Tuesday!

SUSAN that's five

Guess I am Mad................but we all knew that anyway ! Sue, we will just call you nut.......that is 3 letters.

Hey, schweetie, I wonder just how many new names you WILL inherit after this rant of yours,:smooth: !!!

Didn't know you had such a name trauma but, gees, I guess therapy might help,, especially with regard to your concern about the "ceremony" in question........

Since I have no possible way of creating a 3-letter handle to match the rest of our "state's contingent", I'm gonna go right on calling you Br-<b>"I"</b>-an the same way I always have. Think about it. NO ONE within hearing range will<u> ever again</u> make the mistake of thinking that the "I" is short, right?

Cya,

its me I did it. I know in chat I have indeed called you bris (although I always thougt of it as a gentle breeze kind of Bris) (you know refreshing like you) but from now on I promise not to do that. (can I still use hey you?)

Uh oh! I hope I haven't done anything politically incorrect using my username. My first Grandson's name is Brian so I call him Bri and he calls me Nannie...thus Brise (long *i*) Nannie. Jewish ceremony???

It is the "surgical" ritual all little Jewish boy (and only little boy) babies have when they are very young....I nearly fell on the floor laughing when I thought of poor Brian being called that...sorry it just sounded funny...I'm Jewish, and I know what it means.

Hard to shorten mine - so just call me TM - or Hey You. But mostly I answer to

MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:p :p :p :p :p

Well, all of you who can go to 3 letter nicknames--that's great. Me I have only 4 letters to my name so no need to shorten my name and call me daw :bounce: :bounce:

Anyway see you all there, Bri, Cyn and all the rest.
