Clarification before we go ahead and book FD

At the moment.....we have 40% discount staying at the Pop Aug 7th to Aug 21st.

We now have the opportunity to changing our dates to accomodate the Free Dining....so excited!!

Aug 14th and Aug 15th - (2 Nights 40% off)

Aug 16th until Aug 28th (12 nights Free Dining)

2 Adults and 2 Children aged 14 & 12

We have tickets from other trips but we're happy to purchase one day base ticket to qualify.....which I believe that we don't have to use and keep them to use for another trip and upgrade to more days......

I am right changing to Free Dining right???? as I understood the Value is better with this offer...just want to make sure that I've got my calculations right..

Just one more thing I've asked before....with the base ticket we can save this for the next trip we don't have to use this time and upgrade?? Where I getting myself confused is you having to use the ticket first and then request the upgrade??

yes change to Free dining. I believe the reason they say to use ticket and then upgrade is so that if there is a price increase between now and when you go you would not have to pay it for the 1 day ticket. So say that when you did go and ticket prices have inceased to 80.00 for 1 day then you would have saved 5.00 per ticket. Does that make since?

The saving increase even more if you have more than 2 in your party.

Change! and then you can apply that one day base ticket to next years, I believe. I think I have read you should make sure the one day ticket is seperate from your Keys to the Kingdom, so it is not date activated.

I am sure a veteran can confirm this or tweak a correction about this!

So we don't use the tickets just keep them for next time??? and once we use then we can upgrade!!!.....
