Citywalk/RPH and Halloween

Can anyone tell me what to expect, if anything, 10/31 in the evening at Citywalk? We aren't getting to the area until late in the afternoon on 10/31 and the most we have planned is dinner at Pastamore. What about at the resorts?

Will anything be happening that kids (age 14 or 7) will care about? They are planning to walk around in costume.
