city walk?

Hi- our passes include city walk. What does this mean? Is it free admission into the clubs and such at night? Is there an age restriction to get into the different clubs? Are there any comedy shows? I have 2 teenage nephews age 15 & 17 that would like to go are they allowed with an adult?
