No you don't cause citywalk is in between both park gates so you actually have to walk thru citywalk to get to the parks and there is no admission for citywalk

While there's no true "admission charge" for CityWalk, you still have to pay for parking. If you come over for dinner, parking is $3.00 after 6pm.
