City Walk

Not sure what you mean by "like", but, they are fun with alot of music! More of a Pleasure Island atmosphere than Downtown Disney at night. No kids after 9pm can gain access to any of the restaurants, but there's a lot of music and dancing and drinking....very fun! Margaritaville is tons of fun no matter when you are there.....so, until I can define YOUR meaning of "like", that all I got to say about that.

What are the clubs at City Walk Like? mainly Margaritaville!!

There are too many clubs to talk about here, but Margaritaville is great. My personal favorites are HR and Bub Marleys. City Walk is a great reason to stay at Universal. That way you don't need to drive. I've never done that but plan to in the near future.

sorry to ask but....are all kids kicked out of citywalk after 9pm. We like to eat late and sometimes our kids are at dinner with us after 9pm. Would we have to be finished up and out of there by 9 or do they just not let any more kids in???Thanks

we've had our child and her friends in Citywalk restaurants after 9 pm many, many, many, many times.

In a restaurant you will be fine. Kids are also allowed to walk around the street and in the shops. The only place I have seen them kick out kids at 9 p.m. is the piano bar area of Pat O'Briens (they just aren't allowed in some of the other clubs).

If you are there eating prior to 9pm, they can stay. They won't allow them IN after 9pm. For instance, my DBIL & his family had ressies at Pat O'Briens about 7 or 8pm. We had our own plans (Mythos :thumbsup2 ) and said we'd be over later to meet them there. Well, we stayed until almost closing time at IOA and by the time we walked over to Pat's, it was WELL after 9pm. The bouncer told us our son could not go in, and DH said "my brother has all 3 of his kids in there" and the bouncer said "well, they must have been here before 9 for dinner then....if that was the case, it's okay". So, because they were ALREADY there, it was fine...... There are "carninval" games at CW for the kids, as well as the fountain (the kind where the water shoots up out of the ground randomly), shopping, dancing....they can't "kick" the kids out because it's so public, just no admittance to any of the clubs after 9pm.
