I'll be spending 5 days at Universal with my 12 year old daughter. Is there anything other than the movie theater that we could do at night at City Walk, or is it mostly an adult bar scene? I'm just trying to figure out all of our options for our vacation!

We spend bit of time when we are there with our DD who just turned 17.
but have been going to Citywalk since she was about 10.
usually groups or always something on at the stage at Citywalk, and she always enjoyed it , with the music and everyone having a good time. also we would sometimes have a late dinner at margaritaville, about9pm, as they usually have a band playing , and we would stay till about midnight, although one year we had a few extra margaritas and DD was a bit miffed trying to get us back to RPR lol

Okay, good to know! We live in New Orleans and she enjoys walking around and seeing some of the nightlife when we go to dinner in the Quarter - so I'm sure she would LOVE to get to do a bit of that at City Walk - I just didn't know if kids were even allowed in the area at night.

there is a Hard Rock Cafe in city walk.

be sure to go there and check out the Rock Shop.

take a peek inside the restaurant.
pink cadillac on the ceiling.

Something else you might want to check out at night is the Blue Man group show. The theater is right there in between the parks. The show is amazing and worth seeing at least once.
