City Walk - The Groove

What's the music like in this club?

My friend and I are going to have an evening at Citywalk and we're both largely into alternative rock. We like other music too, but rock is our music of choice (The Killers, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters etc...)

Does The Groove cater to this type of music, or would we be better off going elsewhere? Don't really have time for R&B / Rap or most of the new dance tunes that are around.

We can dig 70's, 80's and 90's stuff as well

based on what you say, you will hate the Groove. It plays dance music and Hip Hop all night.

You best best for the type of music you like is the Hard Rock. They have a little cool bar in the front of it that plays some good music. Sometime if they have a show there they will keep the door open to the concert and you want watch it for free.

Kings of Leon are playing at HRC on 10/31, but we'll be at HHN. Shame as I would have loved to have seen them again. Never mind though, they're coming here in December and I have tickets. Woohoo!

So, from what I can gather, the music selections at Citywalk consist of Dance, R&B, Reggae and Jazz?

I have another question!

Do people tend to get dressed up for a night at Citywalk? Will jeans and a nice top be okay for getting into clubs?
