City Walk - Places With a Cover Charge??

Could someone please tell me which bars/restaurants have a cover charge, and how much is the 'cover-all' charge that gets you in all places?

Citywalk covers are around $3 for each place. You can get a Citywalk party pass for around $8. The party pass also comes with a 2 or 3 day ticket.

Off the top of my head, these places have covers after 10 pm: Margritaville, Motown Cafe, Pat O'Brien's, Latin Quarter, Cityjazz, and the Groove.
