Not fair, Paster!!! I'm starving now!! Off topic, but I found a recipe for the wing sauce they use. I made a batch up last night and it's pretty spot on. Next time I will add another Habanero, as I thought it could have been a little spicier.
HABANERO HONEY SAUCE
1 cup water
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
1 habanero pepper, minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
1/3 cup white vinegar
Combine everything but the vinegar, bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour until it reduces by about half. Take it off the heat and add the vinegar, stir and cover until ready to use. GOOD STUFF!!!
The dipping sauce is :
1 (8 ounce) bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1/4 cup mango juice
1/2 jalapeno, minced
Mix together and chill. Slice up some cucumbers and you're good to go!!
