City Walk Hours

We will be going to USO and IOA on November 1st, can anyone tell me how long the shops stay open at City Walk during this time. The parks close at 6PM, so we were hoping to have a place to spend more time after leaving the park.

City Walk is open from 11A-2A I cant remember if the shops were open that late but I do recall shopping very late one evening.
