City Walk Cover charge

Does anyone know what the City Walk cover charge is? I just called Universal for my electronic tickets, and they told me there is a cover charge at night. That's a bummer since I planned on going there at night to eat. That means an additional charge every night.

Thats a new one on me and are you sure they weren't talking about some of the clubs cause I know they charge a cover at night

not for the restaurants....only for the clubs.

also if you bought the universal 7 day 2 park unlimited ticket (79.99 ticket) - it covers the cover charges at the clubs.

Thanks everyone for the info. I would like to hear from anyone who just recently went to City Walk. I could have sworn that the rep I spoke to said that there was a cover charge to City Walk at night, but free all day. I hope I am wrong. I did purchase the package with 7 day 2 park unlimited visits. I just checked my electronic ticket & it says included is City Walk Party Pass, free access to select live entertainment venues at Universal City Walk. So the restaurants and clubs are separate?

There is no cover charge just to walk in CityWalk.
