City View @ GCH

I've read posts of DD View, Theme Park View, Standard View.
I've been looking at posts, but haven't come across this...

What is a City View at the GCH?

I'd guess a city view would be looking out toward DLH and Paradise Pier hotel, with Disneyland Drive in between you and them. There's not really a place at GCH that would look out onto the regular city (homes or non-Disney businesses).
