City Mini Stroller Bag Help!

Hi all,

We're planning on hauling our beloved City Mini from home to WDW this winter. For those of you who have checked your own stroller, what brand of stroller bag have you used? I see a J Childress one for about $30, but it's unlined. Has anyone purchased the official Babyjogger City Mini one? How has that worked for you?

We have a city mini and the baby jogger stroller bag for it. We have only gate checked it, not luggage checked it, but it has worked great. The bag is nicely padded, which is great for the stroller, but it does make it a bit awkward to carry the empty bag. Usually I roll the bag and shove it in the stroller basket for the walk through the airport. You have to remove the wheels from the stroller before you pack it in the bag. We usually pack up the stroller in the gate area then carry it down to the plane in its bag since packing it up takes a minute.

We also have the Baby Jogger bag. It has traveled well over the years and shows very little wear despite numerous trips to various places. It is kind of a pain in the rear to pack it up but it has been worth it to keep the stroller well preserved. I find that the stroller only fits one very specific way in the stroller bag so I keep a little note in the bag to remind me how it fits so I'm not struggling with it at the airport. It has worked well for us and I believe it has been worth the money.
