I've been looking to rent a stroller through Apple Strollers for my five year old who is about 43 inches tall but they only have the City Mini Single. Does anyone have any experience using this stroller with a similar sized child? Was it long enough so that your child wasn't cramped and did it provide enough head support?

Make sure you get the City Mini GT and you will be fine. DS5 is 47 inches tall and is fine in there.

My DD will turn 7 on the 21st and is 48 inches (mostly legs) and can still fit in her City Mini. It has been our WDW stroller for 6 years/trips and we just used it again last month in WDW with no issues. She doesn't nap in it anymore but she did still fall asleep in it at night when leaving the parks. She was comfy enough and had enough head support.
