Citrus Chicken
Hollywood and Vine - MGM
16 oz. orange juice concentrate
1 C. lime juice
1 C. lemon juice
3/4 oz. Tarragon, fresh
2 lb. honey
1/4 oz. black pepper
3 qts. canola oil
12 oz. brown sugar
1 oz. salt
Blend all ingredients with whisk. Marinate chicken overnight. Bake chicken at 350 F until internal temperature reaches 165 F. Serve hot.
