Curious on thoughts between the two
Topolino’s menu has almost no appeal to me …even the pastas, which are heavily focused on mushroomsI still can't get over the lack of pasta main entree options at Topolinos when part of their décor is pasta.
As far as ambience and views, I would book Toledo over Topolino's.
We haven't tried Citircos but it looks gorgeous and the menu reads delicious.
I know signature restaurants love having small menus but the Topolino's menu is just way too small for it to be a frequent repeat for us. I'll give it another chance some time but we were pretty unimpressed by our dinner. They for sure need another pasta option, maybe a red sauce or cheese sauce. My lobster pasta was so average, even Red Lobster here in MN serves better seafood! It felt like a lot of style over substance, as Paul Hollywood would say.I still can't get over the lack of pasta main entree options at Topolinos when part of their décor is pasta.

We love Jiko so good!We ate at both during our January WDW trip. We have an ADR for Citricos (as well as Narcoossee’s and Jiko) for a post-cruise WDW stay later this month. We’re voting with our feet in the Cirtricos vs, Topolinos sweepstake. Topolinos was nice, but Citricos had better food, better service, and great ambience. Cost was essentially the same at both.
