Citricos - subbing sides?

Will they let me substitute the side one dish comes with for a side paired with another dish? DH will probably order the ribs, but he hates sweet potatoes. I think he'd enjoy the Quattro Formaggi Crushed Potatoes. We'll be on DxDP if that makes any difference.

Can't help with the DDP thing, but I'm certain they would substitute the potatoes.

Yes, definitely! Our waitress actually suggested it. She suggest potatoes with the short ribs instead of the polenta. I couldn't decide which to get, so she brought both. One as a sample! Yummy! And the "sample" was big enough for dh and I to share!
