Citricos meal time

I want to try Citricos but don't want to lose 2+ hours...Is it possible to let the server know that we wound NOT feel rushed if they brought the next course as soon as we finished the appetizer?

I don't see why not. On our last trip, we did Citricos - it was the best service we had at Disney. I'm sure that they would be accommodating.

You should certainly do that. A good server at a restaurant this nice will do whatever they can to accommodate your wishes.

We're usually on the other end of the scale - not wanting to be rushed through a meal. So we make that clear when we sit down and the servers are always good about it.

When we dined there for my birthday I think our whole meal (I had an ap, we both had an entree, and then both had desserts) took about 1 hour or so. If we had wanted things to be more spread out I am sure they qould have but DH was really hungry but didn't want an ap- so our meals came out just as I was finishing my ap- so they will listen if you ask for things to come quickly.

We did this exact same thing when we were there last August dining with our then 6 month old. He had just fallen asleep in his stroller, and we let him know that we didn't want this dinner to take 2 hours. We ordered appetizers, entrees and desserts. We never waited more than 5 minutes between courses. We were out of there in less than an hour.

That was the best meal and the best service we had on the entire trip last summer.

Our thinking is that if we don't let the server know what we want, we certainly can't get upset or disappointed when things don't go our way.
