Citizens of Hollywood?

I do hope i'm posting this in the right place – this is my first thread so bear with me.
So in early Feb. we went to WDW and came across one of the street actors whom we thought had been retired. But we can't remember her name. I've been looking all over for her but can't seem to find any information on her online. She carried around an accordion and wore glasses, she was really funny and young as well. She even played the Star Wars theme for us! Does anyone know this character's name? Regardless, she was so great.
Also, are these Citizens of Hollywood going to be retired as the park gets a revamp? I hope not.

Currently the Citizens are remaining HOWEVER, a 1/3 of them almost 11 didn't have their contracts renewed and will be leaving the park after April 9 I believe. Pretty big and unfortunate cut for the Citizens.

Leaving, leaving as far as I know since the the reason their contracts weren't renewed were because of all of these budget cuts happening recently...some of them might be subs at other shows/locations I don't know for sure but they could continue to do that but I'm not sure.
