Would you choose HDDR or Cirque and why?

I've never done HDDR, but it just can't compare to the Cirque experience! They really are apples and oranges, but if you can only pick one, I'd go for Cirque.

I noticed you have a 4 y/o. Might be a little young for the show, so maybe you can drop her off at one of the kid's clubs. I don't have kids though, so maybe someone can help you more on that.

I've done both. We liked HDDR. Your dd would probably like it better than Cirque. But, that being said, she might be to young for HDDR also. I would use the Neverland Club for her (or one of the other kid's clubs, depending on where you are staying) and just the adults do Cirque. It is a terrific show. I loved it, my dh loved it and my then 8 y/o dd loved it.

We LOVED Cirque, including my DS, then 6, and our friends DD, then 5.

It is hard to explain, but it is an amazing show. Have fun!

I have been to several of Cirque shows but not the one hosted at Downtown Disney. I have also attended HDDR. For me there is absolutely no question, Cirque without a doubt. The HDDR is marginal food with cheesy entertainment. Cirque is a world class act.
