Hi all,

Now getting into planning mode and was thinking of going to see the Cirque du Soleil, if I purchase a ticket direct from Virgin does this guarantee me a specific night or can this be used any night I choose? Also is it worth the money?

You do have to go on the booked day and at the booked time!

This is not going to be the opinion of most people but in my opinion no it is not!!! It is a good show but IMHO certainly not worth that kind of money.

We did Cirque in Oct 2002 and we enjoyed the show so much that we're going back again this Oct.

IMHO yes it is worth the money.

We went in May and thought it was fantastic, quite the most amazing show and very hard to describe. The kids loved it and the music is fab!

Yes, it's expensive, but imo worth it.

Hi all

If you like traditional circus acts such as jugglers/acrobatics etc then this show takes those acts to a completely new dimension.

Although there is always one "main" act being played out on stage there are also numerous "side" acts being performed at the same time. There is just so much going on its mindboggoling

Personally I thought the show was awesome.

It was well worth the money.

Is it worth the money?
Rather depends on whether you think you're going to see a version of Billy Smart's or theatre/musical at a top West End show.

In my view Cirque should be compared to a top West End (London), Vegas or Broadway (NY) show. In that light the price is about what you'd pay for similar products and IMHO it is a fantastic show.

Yes, I would say it is worth the money. Can't help with the Virgin part of your question; we bought through Dreams Unltd.

Worth every penny!
There is no show like it,I'd say.

Just wondering why nobody books directly through the Cirque phone number (I know its long distance,but is'nt it cheaper in the long run....cutting out middle man).
I just had the seating layout from their website in front of me so that I could easily pick and choose the seat I wanted while on the phone.
