Last year my husband and I were lucky enough to go to see the show in Orlanda and I can just tell you it was wonderful. I got an email from Cirque Du Soleil informing me that it was going to be on Bravo this weekend for the first time. Here is part of the email.

This is the first time ever that La Nouba will be shown on Bravo. so if you haven't had the chance to see it yet, or would like to relive some fond memories, get ready to butter some popcorn and spend some time with us!

Be sure to tune in on Saturday at 8 p.m. (check your local listings just to be sure of the time).

If you happen to be in Orlando on April 23 and catch the 9 p.m. performance of La Nouba, you will be witnessing a milestone as it celebrates its 3,000th performance! For this occasion, new elements have been added to some of the acts, including High Wire, Balancing on Chairs, Flying Trapeze and Power-Track/Trampoline. I am sure that it will be an evening to remember!

Au revoir,

So I put this on the budget board because families can have a night a home with some magic of the show. Our family will be having a family night on Saturday with popcorn for a cheap night a home.

Thanks for letting us know. We've seen LaNouba twice & loved it! I can't wait to finallly see it on Bravo. With all of the Cirques they show on that channel I've been surprised never to have seen LaNouba.

Thanks so much!! I just set up Tivo to record it. I have never seen it but may go to it when I go in 3 weeks. Now the question is, do i watch it in tivo, or just save it, go to see it live and not have any surprises spoiled, then watch it when i come home and relive it??

I can't wait to try to get tickets to see when we go to WDW, but one question, with all the action going on, is there a bad seat in the house? Any recommendations for seats I will greatly welcome :goodvibes

If it is this good on TV it must be unreal to see live!
We watched it last night and my DD4 was just spellbound.
It was getting late so when I put her to bed I taped the rest of it for her!

I was flipping thru channels last night and found it on and taped it. I would love to see this in person but have a couple of questions:

* how much do the tickets run?
* how long is the actual show?
* is there disney transportation to it if staying onsite?
* would an 8 year old sit thru it?

My 7 yr old sat and watched the whole thing even commercials last night and didn't move, but of course we were at home no telling what she will do live, depends on your child..
I know that the riverboats from PO take you to Downtown Disney, so I would think any resort will have a bus to DD, and the show is right by DD. I remember going past it when we took the bus back to the resort.

*The tickets are around $80 dollars (give or take, depending on what section you want to sit in).
*The show is and hour and a half, no intermission.
*If you are staying onsite, you can take Disney Transportation to Downtown Disney, where the theater is on the West Side.
*My DD was 5 the first time she saw it, and she was entranced! Her little eyes were wide, her mouth was hanging open, and she didn't talk or move the entire time! At times, I wasn't sure she was even breathing! :) She was the same way last night, even though she's seen it in person several times since she was 5. The show is truly wonderous!
