Is the cirque appropriate for young kids 4,6,8 or would it be wasting money? Friends of ours loved it, but their kids are older.

Just my opinion - they may appreciate it a little more when they're older. I think the 8 year old is a good age, but not sure about the others. My niece and nephew loved it, but they were 9 and 13 at the time. I have an almost 4 year old and I know there is no way he would sit through the whole show.

When DH and I went to La Nouba we had my MIL and FIL watch our baby. If you can arrange that through another family member or in room sitting it would be a great outing for you and your SO (the 8 year old too). It is fabulous!!

Took my seven year old DD- She loved it! It is a fantastic show ! Do not miss it! The four year may become impatient but the six and eight year old will have no problem. Have fun!

We took our DS when he was only 3 1/2. He absolutely loved it, and still talks about (he is 7 now). He remembers things from that show. I kind of figured he would like it, since he does like dance and all kinds of music. but my mom was there and offered to take him back to the resort if he wasn't liking it. I think she wasn't sure if she would like it. But, I'm happy to report EVERYONE loved it.

YOu will have to decide what your child likes and what he/she is like. then go with your decision...

yes, they will be amazed took my dtr when se was 5 and she loved it

I think all of your kids would enjoy Cirque. The show really takes your breath away, and would keep the attention of your 4 year old, as well as the older two. It is a lot of money to plunk down, but I feel it is money well spent. Our DS still talks about Cirque, and I think we will have to go back one of these trips.
