Hi-
Am wanting to take dsil to see the show when we are there early January. Can anyone who has been clue me in to the seating. What I mean is, are all seats good seats? Is there a certain area you do not want to sit in? Also do you think an almost 6 year old boy would enjoy the show or do you think he'd have more fun at a Disney club while we go? He has been to the club at Poly and loved it, was thinking about the Cubs den at WL if they still have it. Thanks!-rebecca

It's such a small venue that all seats would be good. We sat in the front row of the second section and loved it! The only place I would avoid sitting in is the very front row (or few behind). They sometimes get right in your face and that might be scary for a 6 year old - I jumped 20 rows back. Also, you'd be looking straight up for most of the show and that didn't look very comfortable.

I'm not sure about bringing the 6 year old - it might depend on his temperment. It may be long for him to sit through without a break. I don't remember seeing any younger kids there when we went - you might be able to call and ask for a recommendation.

seats at all..

There might be 3 or 4 seats on the front row, that are priced a little lower for some reason..we've sat way up in the 2nd row from the back wall, and thoroughly enjoyed it:)

Our guys head for the clubs - and we make a date night of our evening:) This year, though, the boys think they would like to go too. They've watched it on tv, and thought it was amazing. They're going to be 8...

...and we might just take them this year...maybe;) Not sure of I want to give up my night out on the town!! LOL!

We gifted it to my in-laws several trips ago. This time they are gifting us and we are taking our 10, 7 and almost 4 year olds. We are in Section 103, last row (H), 7 seats on the end.

If the 6 yr. old is comfortable sitting through a movie at a cinema then I think he would be fine. The show isn't all that long (90 min. or a little less I think) My children were 8 & 10 when we went last year and they both loved it...never moved during the entire show. It is a very fast paced show with lots to see all around you.

There really aren't any bad seats. We sat in the front row of the middle section and thought they were the best you could have. I followed the advice of people on this forum who recommended it and it was great. Too close and you will be looking up and possibly miss some things.

There are usually a lot more kids at the 6pm than the 9pm (obvious bedtime reasons). Just wanted to add that if you bring the kids and they get fidgety you can go up to the Mezzanine and they can walk around while you still watch the show. The very top level of the theater has an area behind the last row of seats where you can stand (and the kids are not confined to the seat). As others have stated it is all the temperment of your child. I have seen 4 year olds sit through the entire show in awe, coming out saying that was the coolest thing they had ever seen and at the same time 9 year olds that can't sit still... It just depends...

As for the seats, as others have said there is not a bad seat in the theater, I would suggest something in a Cat 2 on the second level, just gives you the entire stage in one view (no looking up or behind) and it saves a little money... We like section 203, 204 or 205 but again anything is good...

went in july with our ds4 and dd8. both loved it. sat through it easily. got them each a bucket of popcorn and a drink and they were content. sat in second section back, first row and those seats were great. would agree that 99% of seats are fine for viewing. have fun.
