Circuit city price matching

Does anyone know if circuit city will price match? Best buy has what I want for 39.99 but CC has it for 47.99 and it is nearer to the other places I want to shop at. Since I am buying 5, it does make a difference!!
 
I price matched at Circuit City last week. They match the price +10% of the difference. Not sure if they have rules for BF items.
