Cinnamon Bay (St. John) closed??

We're cruising in October. I was researching things to do for our day in St. Thomas/St. John and the website for Cinnamon Bay says: "Cinnamon Bay will be closed August 26 - November 1 and reopen November 2, 2015" This is on the page for their Rates/Accommodations for the camp site. So does this mean they are closed for camping or is the whole beach area/restrooms closed?

I have read in 2014 it was not in a good condition and many complaints.

Thanks for the info! We really only use the beach and then the shower rooms to change before heading to Woody's for a drink.
