We are planning a week in Orlando in late January. We have 3 day multi park passes. We want to be sure and see the show but can only find a schedule for the current week online. We sent email via their contact us link and got a call this morning. Apparently guest services does not know what days the show will run until the week prior to the show. Seems like very poor planning and guest support.
