Thank you in advance.

Just about anywhere around the lagoon would be good. I saw the show in the summer and liked it.

We were there last night and there are areas where you really can't see the water screens well though you can see the lasers and water effects. In your opinion what would be the best area to view either of the two large water screens.

I would try to stand anywhere on the opposite side of the park from Lombard's and Disaster. You should see everything if you're anywhere on that side. The old show used to project on the buildings on the other side of the park but I can't remember if they showed that with the new show.

Keep us updated on crowd levels this week.

i really enjoyed the cinema show!

saw it 3 times in october.

each time i stood by the rail at the end of the lagoon over by Mel's.

by standing in the middle of this section, i could see two screens and get the total effect of the fireworks.

i know you can see the cinema at most places around the lagoon except in the Central Park section. it does have some limitations.

with the tall trees, there are some fireworks you won't totally view.

Well we're sitting across from Mel's on the lagoon and it looks to be a good spot. I'll let you know after the show. I will say it's a little chilly tonight.

I actually like it over by the platform near the International Food Court area. It is usually less crowded over there and you still can see everything. There is a smaller screen there but you can see a direct view of it. Then when walking out, most of the crowd has left before you, you are in the back ;)

The show was great from the area adjacent to Mel's...direct view of the screen. We were fortunate enough to get a seat on the benches right on the waters edge. :)

yea, i like that area the best to view the show.

you can see the fireworks that start on both sides of the lagoon in that spot.

one night i was on the bench and a few minutes before the show started, a group of peeps came up and stood in front of the benches.
things like that always happen to me.......

OMG I was joking about that very same thing...the benches are pretty close to the fence. That is usually my luck that bizarre things happen to. We were fortunate no one stood in front of us. :)

I'm excited that this is running in winter. I'd heard that other nighttime shows in US ran just through summer.

Is this running everyday? At what time?

They only have show times on the website through New Year's. We'll have to wait and see what happens in January but I'm guessing it's not going to be every night since it's pretty slow in the parks. Show times differ depending on when the park closes.

Thanks, will keep an eye out for updates on their website. We'll visit UOR on 3 days so we can swap our full US day with full IoA day or US/IoA mixed day.

I liked the area between the Back to the Future car and train and the water. It has a good angle on the screen, is quite close to the screen and there are a lot of low walls to sit on. Fireworks go above the screen, too. It is a smoking area but few people smoke and you're not there long. I also saw it from the end in front of the Transformers building and the screen view was good and you see both fireworks areas. I also noticed projections on the water spouts there which were different than what was on the screen, more shadowy like.

So, if you buy the Lombard / cinematic dinner deal, you'll be in a spot where you can't see the screens well? That seems a bit shady....

No...you have a special viewing area but I wouldn't spend the money to eat at Lombard's just to see the show. The dinner package is a little pricey. You can see just as well from Mel's which is across the lagoon from Lombard's.

Thanks. So, the dinner package is a lot more than just having dinner at Lombards? I like seafood....is Lombards considered a good place?

Thanks for posting this. I've never been there when this was shown. Now I know where to go during our trip.
