We have one night still open for our time at Universal, which would you do?

We have done BMG before, but the kids LOVE it and want to go again. The adults would maybe like to try something new?

We have 4 adults and 5 kids 13 and under, the youngest is 7.

Thanks so much for any advice!

I personally prefer Blue Man Group and feel the kids might be more entertained there. Cinematic Spectacular is pretty similar to 360 if you've seen that. They feature pretty much all the same movie clips as before, it's just now there's fountains and water screens. For me, Cinematic Spectacular was something I only saw once and I don't think I'd make the effort to see it again unless friends/family wanted to. I don't recognize a lot of the films, so it's a bit wasted on me.

Have fun with whatever you choose though! :)

Thanks for your reply - we will go with BMG - I think the little kids might be bored at the cinematic - thanks again!

also, if i remember rightly the blue man group show has changed recently, so should be different to the last time you saw it :D i'd go for BMG over cinematic :)

In all honesty this is not a fair comparison. The cinematic show is free with paid park admission and BMG is another separate cost. So I would say BMG just because it's a great show. I have seen it 3 times and would have to way the cost.:thumbsup2

Agreed...BMG would be the way to go.

You are correct. The changed up the show for 2012. My fiance' and I saw the new show a few months ago it was awesome. So my recommendation would be to go see that show.

I'll be over US/IoA in January and in the past other shows at the US lake were closed in Winter, does anyone knows if Cinematic Spectacular will be running in January?

I'm planning 2 or 3 days to Universal Orlando so would do at least BMG on one night and if possible Cinematic Spectacular on another.

After the holidays no one really knows at this point when/if the show will be staged. I guess they'll announce it later in the year.
