Has anyone done the Cinematic Meal special at USF? Was is worth it? How is the food at Lombard's and what is included? I looked at the brochure but didn't see what all was included. Do you get appetizer, salad and entrée? Or appetizer or salad & entrée. I know dessert comes before the movie clips on the landing. We have to eat anyway, so just wondering if it's worth spending a little more to get a nice sit-down meal and then have seating for the movie clip viewing without having to fight the crowds?

Also, what is the easiest/quickest place to get breakfast at IOA? Will be doing early entry to see WWoHP and wondered if we could grab something quick as we are making our way to that section. Is there anything in the HP area that has breakfast foods?

Thanks!

check out their menu on line or at the sticky thread damo created.
some love the food at lombards and some don't.

there are many great places around the lagoon that have good views besides the back deck around lombards.
depends on when you are going if you will have large crowds for the cinematic show.

Orchid Court Lounge at rph lobby opens at 6:00 daily for breakfast ala carte.
with that early opening, you can hit the early entry if staying onsite for parry hotter after you eat.

port of entry has places but don't think they will be open at the early park entry period.

Thanks! I'll be there next Wed. 8/21.
Looking at what I may order from the menu, it would cost approx. $15 per person (there are 3 of us) extra for the cinematic meal special. That would basically be for dessert and the special viewing area. Is it worth $45? I haven't been to USF since before IOA was built. Have no idea what crowd levels will be like next week. Only staying on-site for one night.

Any opinions? Where are some of the other good viewing areas if we don't do the special? Would we have to stake out a spot an hour ahead of time, like the WDW parades?

I was there last week of June and on Friday night about a half hour prior we got a good spot on the bridge across from transformers. Not sure if the crowds levels are similar
