How easy/hard is this offer? You pay 1.87 and then get something in the mail? Do you have to send it back?

I see that you can cancel online (a bit pushy though I read).

Am I missing something else? Or is this an easy $10?

Super simple. Send nothing back just pay shipping. I called the 800 number to cancel and they weren't pushy at all.
