Cindy's still available July 13th

I just called to make a PS for another restaurant for July 13th & the CM didn't even ask the name of the restaurant...she just told me what she had available for Cindy's. She just assumed that's what I wanted.

This was at 8:20 am so if anyone is still looking, give it a try. Good luck!

me and DH got up this morning at 5:30 cst so we would be ready to make ps for cindy's. We followed the advice and started calling at 3 minutes til using the wdw dine number. When we got right through and then we had to complete this automatic survey and then we were put on hold after a couple of minutes on hold he hung up his cell phone and dialed the general reservation number, where unfortuatley I preceded to tell him how stupid that idea was, well they transfered his call where he immediatley talked to a cm, the time was about 6 after now, and he got ps no problem. Myself on the other hand, because I stayed on hold to make some other ressies for prior dates was still on hold and finally hung up at 11 after redialed and was put on hold again afeter the survey and finally at 20 after I hung up! Besides myself does this not seem very odd and now that you tell me they still had ps at 8:20 I wonder if something was wrong with the dinning number maybe because of the automated survey? Very curious!
