cindys reservations

if i made a reservation for cindys breakfast (prepaid!) and have decided to have lunch there instead...can they move my prepaid part to lunch or do they have to refund it and rebook?

heres why i ask.........i had origianally made a ressie for 10 for breakie. all but us 4 backed out so i called to change from 10 to 4. well they cancelled that ressie, reimbursed me the $$ and then rebooked and recharged for 4.

sounds easy enough but

i am canadian so the transactions happened days apart and exxhnage rates forced me to loose $40.......i called my visa and told them what happened and they reimursed me but still

now i want to know if this is going to happend again.........
bad me for changing my mind!

I'm pretty sure they cancel your old ADR and issue a refund and then book the new ADR and re-charge your CC.

Lunch is also more expensive then breakfast as well.
