cindy's lunch ps and window seating question

We have lunch ressies at Cindy's and called priority seating to add a window seat request to our ps. We were told by cm that you must ask for this at podium. True?????

I made a PS on my last trip for 11:30am (which I think is the first seating at Cindy's). I checked in early and requested a window seat at the podium. I was seated shortly after 11:30am and got a beautiful window seat that overlooked Fantasyland. I think the later the ressie, the harder to get window seats.

on the phone, they can't tell how the tables are going to turn, so we ask that you tell us at the podium when you check in so we can make a note of it on your card. Officially, you may be seated up to 45 minutes past your priority seating time if you're waiting for a window.....

Thats interesting to know. Will need to bear that in mind for my next visit if I want a window seat!!
