I went walking for 2.5 miles today. :sunny:

The Walk and Jog DVD is by Leslie Sansone (the Walk Away the Pounds Series Lady) and it's only 30 minutes. It's intervals of walking/kicking/knee lifts and side steps and 2-3 minutes intervals of jogging. It's not bad, it gets me moving! During the video, Leslie says due to the the pace of the workout, it supposedly equals a 2.5 mile walk.
 
I went for a 2.5 mile walk today.

I wasn't able to go to WW on Saturday so I missed weigh in for the first time since I re-joined on March 9th. I feel so guilty.
 
I did my walk and jog dvd and upper body work. Points are going ok this week (not well at all last week). I am absolutely dreading weigh in on Saturday morning.
 

I went for a 30 minute walk and did the walk and kick dvd. Actually, I had to stop doing the dvd about ten minutes before it ended b/c my daughter ran into the doorknob on the closet door. :rolleyes:

I have weigh in on Saturday but I was thinking about doing WW on my own again b/c I only go to weigh in, I haven't stayed for a meeting in over a month. I'll go the next couple of weeks I guess to see how I do.
 
I thought about skipping again today but I went. I was down 1.4 lbs. At least I know not going last week didn't throw me too off track. :sunny:
 
I did the walk and jog dvd and points seem to be going well so far this week.
 
I went for a 2.2 mile walk today. Points seem to be ok this week but I'll find out for sure at weigh in on Saturday morning!
 
Congrats on that weight loss Cindy - that is awesome - BRAVO!!!!!! That had to have felt great especially if you were off last week in the exercise field. You are really working out wonderfully and now it's showing!!!! Good job!

This week wasn't so great though, up .4. I didn't exercise as much as I should have and ate over my point range a couple of times.


On Monday I did the walk and kick dvd with arm weights.
 
I did my walk and kick dvd with some upper body work. I've been very lazy this week with exercise and points. :rolleyes: Not looking forward to weigh in. :rolleyes1
 
Monday---- Walk and jog dvd
Tuesday---- 2 milew WATP Express dvd


I wasn't able to go to weigh in on Saturday. I'm getting better with points and exercise but I still need to stick to the points more, I've been slacking.
 
I did 2 mile watp express with stretchie band and arm weights today. Points have been ok.
 
Hi Cindy! Sounds like you have been working out quite a bit!! Great job - what exactly is the stretchie band things?
 
I just finished the walk and kick dvd and arm weights and stretchie band. I skipped weigh in on 8/27 but on 9/3 I was down 3.8.


Hi lillygator! The strechie band came with one of my watp dvds. It's a long stretchie or elastic type band that adds some resistance for upper body work (arms/chest).
 
Congrats on that weight loss - that is awesome!!!!! And you are really doing well on getting workouts in - you should be very proud of yourself!

Today I did the walk and jog dvd with stretchie band and arm weights. On Tuesday, I went for a 40 minute walk.
 
I went for a 3.1 mile walk today. I haven't been exercising much due to a head and chest cold and points haven't been going well at all. I hope to do better when I get rid of this cold.
 
I went for a 1.9 mile walk. I've been doing ok with points but haven't stepped on a scale in two weeks. I'm going to face the music on Friday morning and get back on the scale to see how I've done.
