Cindy's Castle or Concourse Steakhouse For V-Day?

Okay, I don't know which to choose. I've never eaten at either. The castle seems much more romantic and I saw there is a new dinner option there for $39.99. My close friend that is moving to FL next week is meeting up with me that day so I would like something nice. Which would you choose?

Well, Cindy's had nothing available for dinner. The CM didn't even know what I was talking about when I requested the dinner event so she put me on hold for a while and came back with the information. So, I made ressies at Concourse for 6:30. Now I'm just hoping we get out of there in time for Wishes at 8pm. Maybe I should make it for earlier? Any thoughts?
