Cindy's Castle - crane????

I keep reading about a crane at the castle.... are they doing construction or something? When does it end??? How badly does it obstruct the view?

They are readying the castle for the 50th in May of this year.. the castle will be decorated .... so.. it will be under construction until then... It's not really too big of a deal.... It is still magical!

Here's a link to a thread w/ photo's. Safetymom has been taking great photo's of the construction around the castle every few days. In all honesty the "walls" don't appear to be that distracting.

Just got my Mickey Monitor and there are pics of what the castle will look like....very cool, cant wait to see it in person in MAY!

Yep, it's a magazine that comes out (quarterly I think) for Annual Pass holders. The castle will be "trimmed" or "guilded" in gold with various depictions of classic Disney moments- varous groups of characters are on each turret- Peter Pan and Wendy are flying around one of the turrets at the top, Timon and Pumba and I can't quite make out a baby Simba I think...on another.
