Cindy's and Storybook bkfst questions

I heard that Cindy's is increasing in price. What will the new child's price be? Also, are drinks included at either Cindy's or the Storybook Princess breakfast? Anyone know the price of milk for the kids if not?

I think Cindy's is now $9.99 for kids but $21.99 for adults (I think - might be off a dollar or two). I am pretty sure that beverages are included in the price at both places and I know they have milk.
