It has to be special ordered and it's an additional cost. Not on the DP.

If I call and order from bakery do I also got here to pick it up?

No, you cannot pick it up. The bakery is not a 'store' to buy and pick things up. They make all the desserts for the GF weddings and their restaurants and room service only.

The slipper is NOT covered under the dining plan at either GF or the CRT.

I would order it no later then 48 hours.

Personally, I wouldn't do it that early. I'd do it about a week to a couple of days before. They recommend a week to 48 hours at least when I called to order it they did.
