Cinderella's Size 8 Glass Slipper

I was watching the Samantha Brown Christmas Special and she mentioned that Cinderella's glass slipper is a size 8, but in the movie it seemed as if she had such small feet that no other girl in the town could fit in it, but a size 8 isn't small.(well isnt so small that no other girl could fit in it) Anyone else agree?

I thought the same thing when I saw it, but like the other poster said, it's probably the size Samantha wears.

given snow white's prince doesn't have a name, i'd be pretty sure cindy doesn't have a specific shoe size.

realistically speaking, what size could her foot possibly be that NO other woman fit into it?

Technically the glass slipper needs to be a "perfect" fit, right? So if it was too big for some of the girls in town, that'd still be it not fitting. It's just the stepsisters that had huge, ugly feet

You can buy a glass slipper at different stores at WDW. She might be referring to the size of that slipper. They way it is made though I don't think you can actually wear it.

I did not see the show, but the REAL Glass slipper that is in the Castle, looks to me to be a size 8

Call me crazy, buy I prefer that my shoes don't have glass in them. And based on the pictures of the shoe in the movie, it looks like she has a foot the size of a toddler.

In the show, Samantha was referring to the actual slipper in the case in the suite in Cinderella's Castle. Btw, I thought the show was great! She just happened to cover loads of things that we are doing in 2 weeks when we go down.

You know maybe Disney wants to make all girls think that they could be princesses. I don't know but 8 is kinda of an average size

My rationalization is that since her Fairy Godmother made the shoes, regardless of the size, it's only a "perfect fit" for Cinderella.

The slipper may be a size 8 on the outside but it's mostly filled up with glass on the inside so maybe you need a really small foot to fit inside?

Actually, the glass slipper is a size 8 because that's the size Scarlett Johansson wears. The slipper that's up in the Castle Suite is the one Scarlett wore for the photo shoot where she's dressed as Cinderella.
