Hi!

I know that breakfast is a character meal, but are lunch and dinner? I am thinking about going there for lunch if it is.

Who are the characters that are usually there? Do you think an 8yr. old boy would like it? Thanks for the help.

The Princesses are only at the breakfast, though there have been reports that Cinderella and/or the Fairy Godmother sometimes make appearances in the lobby during lunch. The characters I've seen at the breakfast (not all at the same one) are: Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Alice, Mary Poppins, Prince Phillip, Prince Charming and Fairy Godmother(usually in lobby). There is a Cinderella Character dinner at 1900 Park Fare in the GF now. Characters there are: Cinderella, Prince Charming, Fairy Godmother, Suzy and Perla.

Aside from the Princess Breakfast, is it difficult to make a PS at the Castle for lunch or dinner? I would love to eat there one day, maybe on our next trip hopefully... I didn't even know you could eat inside there until our last trip in March 2001.

If you book early you will be okay. I hardly ever book early, and I always get a PS, although not at my exact desired time.
I feel this restaurant has got much better for dinner in recent years.

Good luck....

We ate dinner at Cindy's this past Thanksgiving week. It was mobbed so I would definitely try to make a PS. It is not difficult to get IF you plan ahead.

When we arrived, Cinderella herself was holding court in the waiting area. She was sitted on her throne and was available for photos and/or autographs. Verrrry cool even for my older boys and my husband who thought she was a wholesome Brittany Spears look alike.

I like the looks of the lunch menu, I would definitely eat there again.

We always have dinner our first day at CRT. It is such a welcome break from the crowds and pleasant to get into air conditioning.

We were there last Wednesday and the dinner was our best of the trip!!:D :D

Definately try the Mushroom, Grogonzola and Field greens salad. It has a Rasberry vinaigrette dressing that is perfect. The crab cakes were mostly crab. The rolls were fresh and hot The prime rib was tender.

Just wish I could get a nice glass of Merlot and it would be perfect:p

I heard someone mention that Cinderella comes out on the half hour but we did not see her.

We were there two weeks ago for dinner. They had Cinderella in the waiting area taking pictures and signing books. It was the first time I've ever been to the restaurant, so I don't know if this was just something they were doing because it was Spring Break. Hope it helps.

I'm thinking that an 8-year old boy might like the breakfast since it has both Princesses and Princes, but I don't know if he would like eating there and only seeing Cindy in the lobby. My DD has always liked breakfast there but when we showed her the food at lunch and dinner she was not interested! Maybe he would like Crystal Palace better with Pooh and friends. Have a great time!:D

We ate lunch there last year when my DS was 9 and he thought it was very cool! He did not want to do breakfast there because he had heard that they like to kiss the boys. Well when we got there the fairygod mother and prince charming were in the waiting area. We got pictures and went upstairs to a great lunch with wonderful service. As we were leaving in comes Snow White and kisses DS with that red lipstick, right on the cheek. He almost died. I was so worth it all. We got a PS after we arrived at the park that morning but that was off season. We did have a wait for our table and they were not taking walk ups for lunch that day so I would call at 60 days out.

We had breakfast there the Halloween before last. My son had just turned 9, and he liked it fine. But it wasn't his favourite place to be. He could have cared less about the Princesses.. but he really enjoyed seeing Peter Pan... especially since he was dressed up as Peter Pan.

Has any one ever had dinner at Cinderella's Castle during the fireworks? If so what was it like?
If fireworks were at 10:00 pm what time would you make your reservations? (If you can get them at all)

Thanks in advance

Jack

I would suggest having lunch there, you won't be sorry.
