Cinderella's Royal Table for lunch

Hi everyone. I am a new member. We are going to Disney World for the first time as a family the first week in August, 2005. I have 3 daughters ages (well they will be in August) 7, 5, 5. I called to get a reservation for CRT on August 1 on May 3. I didn't get up in time to call at 5am (I live in Colorado), but called around 7am my time (9am EDT). I was able to get a reservation on August 1 at CRT for lunch. It is kind of expensive, but the girls are very excited so we are ok with this. I didn't know they had a lunch seating at CRT. I have no idea what kind of food is there or if it is buffet or what. Anyone know? Thanks.

I am so excited about our trip. Right now, probably more so than the girls.

Cinderella's Royal Table Character Dine -- Beginning June 10, a new Character Lunch will debut at the Magic Kingdom! All your favorite princesses from breakfast will now be at the midday meal! The character lunch will feature family-style salad and dessert and the choice of five adult entrees or children's meals along with a nonalcoholic, non-specialty beverage. Lunch will be $23.99 for adults (12 and older) and $12.99 for children 3-11. A deposit of $10 per adult and $5 per child will be required (as is currently the case with breakfast).

Here is a link to the current menu. I don't know if it's going to change on June 10. HTH We had Breakfast in the castle on 4/25 and although DD didn't really eat that much it was a wonderful experience. Definitely worth the money IMHO. We are going again for DD's birthday in Aug and her first request was CRT! Have a great time. Maybe we'll see you there. Don't forget your lime green!

Thanks for the info. I am looking forward to this so much. Don't care so much about the food, but it will be nice to know what is available.

What is lime green? Are we supposed to wear the color? Thanks.

Yep, DISers wear lime green ribbons or buttons etc on strollers and backpacks to show the world we are DISers!!
