Cinderella's Royal Table for Dinner

Anyone have any reviews or thoughts on this restaurant for dinner? My kids are thrilled to be "eating in the castle" but is the food and value good? Thanks!

I am also wondering if this is a good place for dinner. It is our 30th Ann. And I was thinking of going here for that dinner. Any input would be helpful!

Last christmas all of my moms side of the family met in WDW,usally its just my parents and sister going to disney. We ate at castle for dinner. I thought food was wonderful but nothing amazing. The atmosphere was very cool and exciting though. I got the rosted prime rib and it was 23$! I thought that was little considering it wasnt anything really special. It was cool for the expearence but wouldn't go back. If you just want to eat in the castle maybe you could do the breakfest. Hope I helped.

We're planning on having lunch there. Some of the same menu items as dinner, and it will cost less.

I went with my mom last Nov for dinner. It was pricey and I feel it isn't the best for kids. I would get lunch reservations! However we did request a window seat and had the most icrediable view for the fireworks!

I was interested in it for our Ann. dinner, because of the fireworks, but the fireworks on that night are not until 10 pm.
I dont mind eating late, but is this possable to eat here to see the fireworks when they are this late?
what time did you have dinner/fireworks there?

We went in November so dinner was at 5:30 and I believe the fireworks were at 6pm. I would call to see what thier latest reservation would be. The view for the fireworks is awsome. They go off right above Fantsyland. It was the perfect way to end the trip!!

We ate at Cinderella's Royal Table for Dinner during the week after Easter. We enjoyed it very much. My DH had the chicken dish, The Earl's Poulet, and loved it!!! I enjoyed the Grand Duke 12 oz strip steak. Our priority seating was fro 8:50 pm, and the fireworks were at 10 pm. It was great! So they do still serve dinner up until the fireworks. And it seems to be a little less crowded the later you eat. Good luck, and enjoy!

We have a standing routine our first day at the park. We do MK and always have dinner at the Castle. We go the week after Easter and the crowds are thick. It is such a pleasure to enter a calm atmosphere and sit down.

We were there last month and I had the crab cakes which were mostly crab. It came with a few sauces to try with the cakes. I also was thrilled with the mushroom and field green salad. It had gorganzola cheese and a rasberry balsamic dressing that was perfect. Both my DH and I had the prime rib which was fork tender and pretty lean (as far as prime rib goes).

No, it is not cheap. But any sit-down dinner in any of the theme parks are pricey. I don't like to waste my park time traveling to off-site restaurants.

we make it a habit to eat dinner here every year. Last year we asked for a table by the window and it was great. We had the best seats for the fireworks ever. The food here is very good ,although the menu is limited. I think it would be perfect for anniversary. I think you can make ps reservations right up until time for the park to close. A couple years ago we were the last ones leaving after a late dinner and the park was closed ,it was great walking down main street alone [ except for our security escort to the gate] .we were staying at the Contemparary so it was a nice walk back to hotel

Dinner at CRT is a must for me. If I can't eat there I don't want to go to WDW. My husband and I ate there for our anniversary last year. It was so nice. Everyone should see the fireworks from CRT at least once in their life. It is amazing!

The first time I ate there I also had the prime rib and wasn't thrilled with it. The next time (and every time since then) I ordered the Kingdome Feast. WOW! It is delicious!!! My husband likes the Grand Duke. He doesn't think there has ever been a better steak anywhere.

we ate there on our last visit- I thought the food was good, not great- my 2 DDs were at their prime "Princess"age so it was not to be missed-- I think all in all it is a "gotta do it once" deal-- once you go to it you will enjoy and remember but not really a repeat experience (the food not great, hastle,not such good service). we had fun, were glad we went and wouldnt necessarily go again.It is neat to be inside the castle looking out--a Really neat perspective (sort of like going up into the Statue of Liberty!)

We had dinner there last December right before MVMCP. They had fireworks while we were there. It was beautiful and the food and service were excellent. I would highly recommend CRT for an anniversary dinner.

We ate there last June during the fireworks. It was spectacular! It was the most amazing dinner I've ever had! The food was great (we both had the Glass Sipper and the Grand Duke). I thought the steak was fabulous and so did my fiance. He usually doesn't even like steak, but he gobbled this one down fast! We were sat at a window seat with a fabulous view. To sum it up, we will definitely go back to CRT every time we go to Disney World!

We have eaten at CRT for both lunch and dinner. Choices for both meals are not as many as I would expect for such a landmark within the MK. That being said it remains one of our must dos on every trip. After all nothing beats actually dining in the Castle.

Thanks to everyone for their input. We gave our 7 year old daughter a choice between dinner there and the character dinner at Liberty Tree and she chose that so we are off to CRT.

What meal did you go for? We have always had great service for Dinner. I've heard that service for breakfast isn't the best because they have so many people in there in a short amount of time.

I do hate to hear that you didn't enjoy the experience as much as I do. Sorry it wasn't better for you and your family!
