What are the pros and cons of the different meals at CRT?

Other than the food offered, are there any differences in the experience itself of eating there?

Are any of the meals any better than the other (for any of you that have eaten for two different mealtimes)?

If eating there for breakfast, what's a good time to get an ADR? We're probably going on an AM EMH, so thinking after 9am to enjoy the EMH first, then grab later breakfast. If we were going on a non-EMH day, I've heard to get close to 8am to get in before the park opens.

If eating there for lunch, what's a good time to get an ADR if you want to view the parade?

If eating there for dinner, what's a good time to get an ADR if you want to catch Wishes?

We always do breakfast and really enjoy it! When you first walk in you get a photo taken with Cinderella, then its upstairs for your meal. The food has always been good, they bring out bakery items first then DH and I always get the eggs, meat & potatoes and DD gets the french toast! We always do a little later breakfast around 10 am b/c we skip lunch and have a early dinner. :thumbsup2

We just ate lunch there last week. It was very good.

But I tend to like to do character meals for breakfast.

We used to have lunch there each trip, but now that they have changed the menu (no more Major Domo's Pie!?!) we will only go for dinner. We are not morning or breakfast people so I can't comment on that meal, but lunch has always been fun & delicious. No matter which meal you choose you will have a wonderful time, and I think everyone should eat in the castle at least once.

we've never done breakfast, but we've done lunch and dinner. The atmosphere was pretty much the same for both. I think it really comes down to two or maybe three things...

1. which menu do you like the best?
2. what time is most convenient for your plans that day?
3. if paying OOP- does any meal price fit your budget any better?

We liked our lunch experience better than dinner, but service and food were the issues and if you do your CRT review research- service and food can greatly vary no matter when you go.

I recommend breakfast, especially if you get the first reservation because you'll be able to enter mk before it opens. I got the BEST pictures of my family in front of the castle with no one else around!

I have only been there once and it was for dinner. Be aware that there are no princesses at the dinner unless it has changed recently. Cinderella is downstaisr for pictures but during the dinner it is the Fairy Godmother and the 2 mice Suzy & Perla. They were quite good, but if you are looking for princesses I understand breakfast and lunch are the meals to go to.

I've heard the Princesses are there for all meals now. But we have two boys, so it isn't an absolute must that the princesses are there. We're looking to go for the experience itself.

I ate breakfast there several years back and it was really good. They bring it to the table family style and you could ask for more of anything you liked.

Yes, the princesses are there for dinner, too. We saw Cinderella (downstairs) and Aurora, Belle (in country dress), Ariel, and Snow White. We've eaten dinner there twice and enjoyed it.

Let's say each person at a table of 3 gets something different and someone wants to order more, must they order more of one of the 3 meals you tried, or can you order one of the other meals you couldn't decide between?
