Are the princesses only at Cinderella's castle for breakfast and lunch, and not for dinner? If so, is it 2 credits from the dining plan even for dinner?

Yes and yes.
dinner is still charactesr- just not all the princesses. u get photo w/ cinderella and then fairy godmother and the mice and stuff are there. it's all cinderella for dinner. Which makes sense since it's her house and all :-)

How does Cinderella's Table compare to the 1900 fare dinner?

CRT is TS, 1900 is buffet
CRT is either the princess or godmother and mice, but Cindy is always greeting and taking pics before being seated
CRT you get pics, 1900-don't
CRT 2 credits, 1900 1 credit (if you are on a plan)
TS had a rather limited menu, Buffet often offers more choices and is all you can eat
CRT is eating in the castle in the park, 1900 is at GF
The food (b & L) at CRT wan't bad, neither was the food at 1900 PF
CRT-The princesses come and quickly greet you, 1900-the step mother and sisters interact very well (and hysterical) with the guests and each other...so do the prince and Cindy.
Really it is what you and your family prefer.
