Cinderella's Castle Playset- HELP!!

Ack!!!! My 3 year old has asked for hardly anything for Christmas and the one thing she wants is the Cinderella's castle playset but it is SOLD OUT I looke don e-bay but they are going for a ridiculous amount and we just can not afford that Any ideas of where I might be able to get one? Can I call WDW direct and order one?

Did you try calling Disney Merchandise Mail Order? Their number is 407-363-6200. I don't think they're open on the weekends so you may have to wait until Monday. We've gotten several things from them that we decided we wanted once we got home from the Parks.

ETA: just reread your post and saw your question about calling Disney directly. You should have no problem getting one from them.

Just be warned...if you check-out the reviews about this product on disneyshopping.com, you will see that many people have reported it as being of "very low quality" (pieces breaking within days, the figures not fitting inside, stickers not sticking at all, etc.).

I did see positive reviews as well, but all of the negatives really sound alarming.

We own this and honestly, it is made so poorly, I would save your money. It comes apart so easily and frustrates DD so much that she does not play with it. I honestly want toss it in the trash, but feel bad since my parents spent so much money on it.

My dd has had hers for about 3 or 4 years now. The only part that broke is one of the towers but it could be hot glued back on. She loves her castle and still plays with it. I bought all the character packs at Disney Store and she uses them with the castle. I did notice this morning, that some of the cardboard stickers have come off. This must have just happened. I plan on gluing them back on this weekend. I wonder if the newer ones aren't made as well? It looks the same!
