Cinderella's Breakfast - MIS-INFORMATION!!!!!!!

Read all the strategies for Cinderell'a breakfast, including the one that said to call: 1-407-WDW-Dine and IMMEDIATELY press "1" after you hear the lines aren't closed at 30 seconds prior to 7AM.(Unfortunately, it was my fault for not actually trying this out a day or two before).

Well, guess what? Option #1 is for Victoria & Alberts...ARGHHHHHHHH! They changed the options on the phone line. So, by the time I called back on the CORRECT option, everything was sold out. That was at 7:00:50 seconds. I could NOT believe it.

Well, I have two more tries.

I am quite sure that there have posts advising people that this is no longer the correct "procedure" to follow when trying to get Cindy's.
Good luck to you on your next try!! You should also try calling at different times of the day as well-you never know when someone will cancel-that is how I got my ressie!

Cinderella's Breakfast? We are just going to MK for two days and crystal palace will be closed when we go prior to T'giving.

Is Liberty Tree Tavern a good alternative? My 5 1/2 yr old and 3-year old love Chip and Dale! Is the lunch better than the dinner? THANKS!!

Characters are at the LTT dinner only, not lunch.

You may want to try the new Princess Breakfast at Epcot, if you don't get Cinderella's. We're trying it when we go in December!

Also, you can try Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary - Chip and Dale are usually there!

We had our last character breakfast at the Poly....

Mickey, Chip and Dale, Goofy, and Pluto.

Nice thing about this one is that its served all you can eat family style - so with little ones you don't have to get up to go get plates of food.

I don't think there is a definitive "best" character meal. Cindy's is the hardest to get - but that doesn't mean its the best.

(And if you haven't mentioned dining with the Princesses to your little ones - don't. They don't ever need to know it exists unless you manage to book it).

I'm not sure if when you say best character breakfast you mean character interaction or quality of food but I think you can't beat Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare. I know that neither of these restaurants is "in" the MK but they are just a quick monorail ride away. My absolute fav is 1900 Park Fare with their made to order omelettes and other fresh offerings on the buffet. We have had the Mad Hatter, Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins and others that slip my mind right now appear and they were just charming. Chef Mickey's has of course both Mickey and Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale and I think sometimes Donald as well. Chef Mickey's is very high energy and they have napkin waiving and the characters dancing around from time to time. We had a good time there as well.

Just thought I'd give you some alternatives to CRT in case you don't get the ps you need. Also, we're trying the Princess Breakfast this trip (I probably won't even try for CRT this time around) but since I haven't tried it yet, I didn't want to recommend it. Have a great trip!

If your children love Chip and Dale, I would definitely recommend Chef Mickey's. Try and get a PS for when they open - 5 p.m. It's much less hectic and you will have much more interaction with the characters. If you can go on a nonpark day, I would also recommend that.

CRT does NOT have Chip and Dale. It's a much more reserved character meal. And the food is just okay in my opinion. It's pretty expensive for a breakfast. However, if you have a lover of the princesses - it's a great time to see them (and inside the castle).

FYI - if you don't get a PS for Chef Mickey's on your first try, call again 2 weeks out. It appears that they may hold some PS's back until that time.
