We were there last month and boys still got swords.
For anyone who has been there before though they were doing it differently than they used to the night we had dinner. If you have a ritualistic child like we do this can make for a harrowing dinner.
We usually got the swords after the picture before heading up to dinner. DS asked where it was but there was no one around to find out. Then he asked the waiter and was told it would come later at the end.
I actually like this better as I saw far less wand and sword fights during dinner and was not worried about someone getting "stabbed" by DS or DD.
