Cinderella pre-order on backorder??

So, I saw a thread somewhere yesterday about not getting Cinderella yet...so this morning, I went thru my email, checked the order number and looked online...I did the pre-order in June with the Lithos...status says its on backorder!! How is that possible? They've only been advertising the release for months, and they can't have the pre-orders available? But yet they'll be in every store. That is so annoying....I haven't had a chance to call yet to see when they'll be ready. Has anyone else had this happen?

I have a pre-order with the lithos as well. I'm going to check my order now. I know I can get it for about $15 from Walmart or some other local store but I wanted the lithos which are easily worth $15.

I haven't even checked mine yet as I am used to not getting my preorder until release day. If it's not there today I will go check on it.

I just checked mine. It says "active" and "at distribution center". I ordered in July.

Got an email today that my ordered shipped!!

I checked mine today and it was shipped yesterday and should arrive tomorrow. I'd be calling if it said anything different

I got all of mine today! The FedEx man pulled up and DH brought it in! I had called the other day, and was told mine was ready to be shipped. The CM told me they alot to go out! Not sure if this makes a difference,but I got the litho's plus all of the frames, plus the DVD! I got the most expensive package they had. But I did get an e-mail yesterday and they came today!

9 times out of 10. The day I get order shipped email is day I get pkg.

I just got the email that mine was shipped. I was beginning to wonder where it was because usually whenever I pre-ordered a dvd, I would get it in the mail the day before it was released in the stores.
